Steve Weld, Tom Misfeldt and Kathy Prenn have been selected for the 2007 edition of Wisconsin Super Lawyers by the national organization Law and Politics.
The selection process is a four-step peer review and evaluation process which includes sending ballots to more than 12,000 active lawyers in Wisconsin who have been in practice five years or more. The ballot asked lawyers to nominate the best attorneys they have personally observed in action. Only 5% of the attorneys in Wisconsin are selected as Super Lawyers.

John Behling, Pamela Macal, and Bill Spangler have been named by Law and Politics as Rising Stars.
Rising Stars are lawyers under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to the practice of law.

Vicki Seltun has been elected Vice-President of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association. 

Steve Weld is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Weld, and Kathy Prenn have been selected for inclusion in the 2008 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
Both were also selected for inclusion in the 2001-2002, 2003-2004, 2005-2006, and 2007 editions. Best Lawyers is based on a peer review survey in which 16,000 leading attorneys throughout the country cast votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their specialties. The announcement letter states that, "Best Lawyers has come to be regarded by both the legal profession and the public as the definitive guide to legal excellence in the United States."
