Scott received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Scott serves as the City Attorney for the City of Mondovi, Wisconsin. He also consults with the firm's business clients with regard to OSHA compliance and represents businesses charged with OSHA violations.

Scott is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Eau Claire County Bar Association, Tri-County Bar Association and serves on the State Bar of Wisconsin Fee Arbitration Panel. Scott also serves on the Board of Directors of the West Wisconsin Land Trust, Inc., as well as various other charitable organizations.
