Scott advisises clients in the areas of business and
corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate
transactions, conservation easements, estate planning
and probate administration. He also works with
cooperatives, telecommunications and energy law,
construction law and construction contracts.

Scott received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Scott serves as the City Attorney for the City of Mondovi, Wisconsin. He also consults with the firm's business clients with regard to OSHA compliance and represents businesses charged with OSHA violations.

Scott is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Eau Claire County Bar Association, Tri-County Bar Association and serves on the State Bar of Wisconsin Fee Arbitration Panel and the Board of Directors for the Energy and Telecommunications Section of the State Bar. Scott is an active member of West Wisconsin Land Trust, Inc., as well as various other charitable organizations.
