Ryan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in finance and was a member of the University of Georgia Varsity Baseball Team. Ryan received his law degree and graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. He is originally from Minocqua, WI.
