Richard
J. Ricci

Dick has ascended to Emeritus status. For 37 years, he
served as the City Attorney for Durand, Wisconsin and
for over 20 years, he represented other municipalities
in municipal, employment and labor related matters.

He attended St. Thomas College, St. Paul, Minnesota, and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls graduating with a degree in secondary education. He obtained his law degree from Marquette University where he was a Thomas More scholar.

Dick is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Eau Claire County Bar Association.
