Dick served as the Durand, Wisconsin, City Attorney for 37 years and represented other cities, counties, villages, towns, utilities and school districts for over 20 years in municipal, employment and labor related matters.

He attended St. Thomas College, St. Paul, Minnesota, and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls graduating with a degree in secondary education. He obtained his law degree from Marquette University where he was a Thomas More scholar.

Dick is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Eau Claire County Bar Association.
