Dick represents employers, from small family owned businesses to large multi-national corporations, and other employment entities in worker's compensation and labor related matters.

Dick's mediation practice primarily concerns personal injury mediation and mediation of selected business disputes.

Since graduating from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Art and Juris Doctorate degrees, Dick has been admitted to practice for the Federal Court of Western District of Wisconsin and all Trial Courts of the State of Wisconsin. Dick is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys and the Eau Claire County Bar Association.

Dick is involved in many local civic and environmental organizations.
