Section, Pamela practices in

plans and qualified and non-qualified
retirement
plans. She also practices in the areas
of
telecommunications and technology businesses.

Pamela graduated and received her bachelor's degree in economics from Pomona College. She received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She is admitted to practice in the federal district court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin; Eau Claire County Bar Association, Wisconsin School Attorneys Association, Chippewa Valley Society for Human Resource Management, and Worldwide Employee Benefits Network. Pamela was recognized in 2006 and 2007 by Wisconsin Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in employment and labor law.
Pamela serves a wide range of clients on legal issues arising out of fully-insured and self-insured health insurance, qualified retirement plans, other employee benefit plans and ERISA. She also provides advice on employment law matters related to benefit plans including executive compensation and deferral in qualified and non-qualified plans, non-compete and other employment agreements, ADA and other employment discrimination matters, privacy, HIPAA, FMLA and other leave programs and policies, such as USERRA and COBRA. And she advises clients on health, dental, health flex, vision, cafeteria, disability, group term life, dependent care, adoption assistance, travel fringe and other welfare benefits.
