  • Thomas J. Sazama : Retired Chippewa County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Sazama brings a vast array of trial court experience to our firm. For more than 15 years as a judge, Mr. Sazama sought fair and appropriate resolutions to controversial topics.
  • Richard D. Duplessie : Mr. Duplessie has more than 15 years of experience conducting successful mediations in personal injury, professional partnership dissolution and workers' comp cases, building on more than 30 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
  • Thomas J. Graham Jr. : Co-chair of our litigation section, Mr. Graham has experience mediating cases involving product liability claims, auto and farm accident claims, other personal injury claims, professional malpractice lawsuits and general business litigation.
  • Michael F. O'Brien : A successful trial lawyer, Mr. O'Brien has effectively mediated cases involving personal injuries, stray voltage and electrical disputes, and business matters, and he has a special interest in product liability and professional liability disputes.
  • William G. Thiel: With 35 years of experience as an attorney specializing in municipal and land use law, including serving as former Corporation Counsel for Eau Claire County and various other counties, Mr. Thiel mediates cases involving zoning, easements, and various types of land disputes. Mr. Thiel is also the co-chair of the Government Relations Section.
