Previous to joining the Weld, Riley firm, Paul Millis and Mark Skolos had an extensive legal practice out of their Black River Falls office. The two firms have merged and the Black River Falls office will serve as a satellite location for Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci, S.C., similar to its Menomonie office. Paul and Mark will continue to work out of both locations and provide services to their existing clients, as well as Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci, S.C. clients. In addition to providing advice to municipalities, Mark has extensive experience in estate planning, probate real estate and taxation issues. Mark has also developed retail space for shopping centers throughout the United States. Similarly, Paul has represented a variety of business owners, municipalities and cooperatives in the areas of business, estate planning/probate, insurance defense and municipal law. Paul is legal advisor to the board of directors of the Co-op Credit Union and Federation Cooperative as well as corporate counsel for Millis Transfer, Inc. Mark is the past president of the Tri-County Bar Association and has lectured at various seminars, including the State Bar Convention for the State of Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where he received a bachelor of Arts degree and his law degree from University of Wisconsin Law School in 1985. Paul is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, Tri-County Bar Association and Eau Claire County Bar Association.
