William J. Westerlund

Bill concentrates on worker's compensation-related issues. He represents insurance companies and self-insured
employers and counsels employers on personnel issues involving worker's compensation claims.

Bill grew up in a family-owned and operated business and is able to apply that background to employers' concerns. He has represented employers across the spectrum from the small, family proprietorship to large corporations. He is a frequent guest speaker at seminars for business and employment organizations.

Bill attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an undergraduate student and received a degree in political science in 1974. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1978.

Bill has enjoyed volunteering his time as a church youth leader, board member, youth soccer and basketball coach, and literacy tutor.
