Stephen L. Weld

Steve has been the firm's president since its creation in 1991. His practice is focused primarily on management labor and employment law. Steve also practices in the area of government and school law.

Steve is a member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section), State Bar of Wisconsin (former member of the Board of Directors of the Employment and Labor Law Section), Eau Claire County Bar Association (former Secretary), Wisconsin School Attorneys Association (past President), Chippewa Valley Society for Human Resource Management (past President) and the St. Croix Valley Employers Association.

Steve is a contributing author to Municipal Labor Relations in Wisconsin and How Arbitration Works. He has also been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and has been named as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer by Law and Politics and Milwaukee Magazine.

Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (with honors) and the University of Wisconsin Law School. He formerly worked as a staff attorney for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, as Assistant City Attorney for the City of West Allis and as a shareholder in Mulcahy & Wherry, S.C.
