Richard D. Duplessie

Dick represents self-insured employers, insurance companies, claims administrators and individuals in worker’s compensation proceedings and labor-related matters.  He is a frequent lecturer and consultant on worker’s compensation and litigation matters.

Dick’s clientele ranges from small individually or family owned businesses to large multi-national corporations, insurers, and other employment-related entities.

Dick’s mediation practice primarily concerns personal injury and worker’s compensation mediation and mediation of selected business disputes.

Since graduating from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees, Dick has been admitted to practice for the Federal Court of Western District of Wisconsin and all Trial Courts of the State of Wisconsin.  Dick is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys, and the Eau Claire County Bar Association.

Dick is involved in many local civic and environmental organizations.
