Paul advises clients primarily in areas of real estate transactions and development, corporate and business law, business acquisitions and sales, mergers, estate and financial planning and probate administration.

Paul has been practicing in Eau Claire since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1980. Paul is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Eau Claire County Bar Association previously having served as President of the Eau Claire County Bar Association.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Eau Claire Housing Authority and Eau Claire Area Foundation and currently serves, or previously has served, on the Board of Directors of numerous other charitable organizations and statewide groups.
