Paul B. Millis

Paul focuses his practice in the areas of banking & financial services, business & corporate law, insurance defense and real estate.  He also maintains an estate planning and probate practice.  His clients consist of individuals and businesses. He is legal advisor to several corporations including his family’s trucking company, Millis Transfer of Black River Falls, Wisconsin.

Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1996.  Paul is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, Tri-County Bar Association (secretary) and the Eau Claire County Bar Association.  Paul serves on the District 5 Committee of the Wisconsin Supreme Court Office of Lawyer Regulation. 

Previous to joining the Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci law firm, Paul Millis, along with Mark Skolos, practiced out of Black River Falls for over twelve years.  Paul Millis and Mark Skolos have since merged their firm with Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci and are shareholders and members of the firm’s Business Section.

Paul resides with his family in Black River Falls, Wisconsin.  He is an active member in the Black River Falls Lions Club and Black River Youth Hockey.  Paul can be found in the hockey rink throughout the year and, when time and weather permit, on a golf course perfecting his swing.
