Kathryn J. Prenn

As one of the founding partners of Weld, Riley, Prenn and Ricci, Kathy was a member of the Firm's Management Committee, as well as serving as the Firm's Vice President and Managing Partner.  In addition, Kathy served as Co-Chair of the Firm's Labor and Employment Section.  Since retiring from the active practice of law, Kathy remains Of Counsel, providing advice and guidance to the attorneys of Weld, Riley, Prenn and Ricci.

   Kathy received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and the Order of the Coif.  In addition, Kathy received her Educational Specialist degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  For several years, Kathy was selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America and named as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine.  Kathy is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association for which she has served on the Board of Directors.
